    In my coaching with clients, I emphasise three pillars: confidence, clarity and impact. My coaching approach is informed by my professional experiences in corporate marketing and my own experiences reinventing my career.

  • An individual who has difficulty making career decisions, identifying their strengths and interests, or navigating career transitions may benefit from seeing a career coach. Coaches can provide guidance in these areas and support individuals develop a plan of action to reach their career goals. Before investing in coaching, choosing a qualified and experienced coach and considering the cost-benefit ratio is important.

  • Each coach has a different pricing structure. Some charge per session, while others charge monthly fees for a set number of sessions. Coaches accredited by the International Coaches Federation, the European Mentoring and Coaching Council or accredited coaches schools may charge more due to their experience or expertise. Prices may range from around $150 to $500 per session.

    If you’re interested in working with me, you can contact me for my current fees. Ad-hoc and/or longer packages can be tailor-made based on your needs.

  • Yes, as the term "coach" is currently used very broadly. Some people call themselves coaches without any formal training or certification. Others have completed formal training programs, such as the International Coach Academy, the world's largest online training program accredited by the International Coach Federation (ICF).

    Coaches with ICF credentials have demonstrated a strong commitment to excellence in coaching and have completed rigorous education and experience requirements. In addition, certified coaches have completed coach-specific training, accumulated a certain number of experience hours, and have worked with a coach themselves, demonstrating a genuine commitment to coaching.

  • Typically, career counselling involves assessing skills, interests, and aptitudes and providing guidance on education and career options. On the other hand, career coaching focuses more on supporting individuals achieve their career goals through guidance and support in areas such as job search strategies, career development, and work-life balance. In addition, individuals may benefit from career coaching because it is flexible and tailored to their specific goals and needs.

  • Through guidance and support in areas such as job search strategies, career development, and work-life balance, career coaches support individuals achieve their career goals. Mentors provide advice, guidance, and support based on their own industry expertise and experience.

  • While exceptions exist, attending multiple sessions to overcome longstanding barriers is often necessary. Most of my clients take around 90 days to experience significant changes in their lives. My most popular package is my 12-session, 6-month package, but some people choose to move more or less quickly. As a coach, I always encourage clients to let me know when they feel our time together is complete. Of course, you should get tremendous value from every single session we have together, and if you don't, you can stop at any time.
