Giving Back
In 2020, I also began my engagement as a Mentor for the NUS Global Mentorship Program at the National University of Singapore (NUS) and one year later I added the mentoring of the Women In Business Program (Endorsed by NUS Business School). In that capacity, I support young women as they finish their studies and embark on their professional life.
Though I believe empowerment is important for every human being regardless of gender, I have seen too many women holding back from their full potential for cultural and social reasons or for lack of courage and support.
So, as I continue to mentor young women at NUS. In 2022 I decided to open up three slots per year to coach women who can’t pay for my fees.
I work with women who are at cross-roads in their life. I support them in understanding who they are, what they want, and what is important for them moving forward. Then, we explore options for a career change or reinvention and develop concrete steps and actions to transition into their new career. This enables them to get back that sense of satisfaction of having a meaningful life.
Supporting women is what I enjoy most and where I can make a difference leveraging my coaching and mentoring skills together with my not-for-profit and corporate experience.
Contact me to learn more about my pro-bono coaching, if you are at a cross-road in your life and can’t afford my coaching fees!
