I was promoted to RVP in Dynatrace last year, and my initial excitement of a new promotion quickly became overwhelming and stressful, given the larger responsibility and a significant shift in the working environment due to Covid. I have had the pleasure to work with Katia as a coach and thinking partner for the last 8 months. She helps me realize that what got me here cannot get me to the next level unless I shift my thinking and approach. She helps me hold myself accountable, challenge my thought process while sharing the relevant articles and information. The best part is that she was non-judgemental throughout our time together.
